Return Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your new purchase. But in the rare event, if you are not totally satisfied, simply return it back to us. Returns are accepted within 90 days of product delivery provided they are undamaged and in original packaging.

How to return the product

All returns must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Products without a RMA number will be rejected. To collect your RMA, call us at Toll Free: 1-866-625-7386 during regular business hours (Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM CT).
Pack the product in their original cartons along with all accessories, documentation, and parts.

Refunds

After the receipt of your returns, your refund (purchase price minus shipping cost) will be issued. It may take up to 5 business days to process the refund.
